“ 基本的に、第30条第1項は「法は家庭に入らず」という法格言を体現したものである。だから、第1項を廃止するということは、「法が家庭に入っていく」ということになる。すなわち、「あなたのPCの使い方を開示せよ」ということになるし、手で書き写すのも複製だから「ノートの中身を見せろ」ということになるし、ドラえもんの絵描き歌を歌いながらドラえもんの絵を描くことを禁止する、ということになる。
